The fall months are the best time to get yourself in shape because you have over half the year to prepare for that tight and toned summer beach body! The kids are back in school, the leaves are falling, and double layer clothing is back out from deep within the closet. It may be cooling down outside, but the good thing is that you can shed the pounds and get those chiseled abs without ever leaving your home!
